This is a blend of dried herbs grown by me in sunny San Diego, California. I personally use this blend and can attest to its benefits.
It's a mix of herbs that I've come to study. Chamomile, Lavender, Rosemary, Sage, and much more. The only local bought mix I add to this blend is organic roses. I wait for the petals to dry and I add them to the mix.
